1) How the cPremote take backup?
cPremote is a remote incremental backup. It will use cPanel modules itself for taking backups to your remote backup server over ssh.
2) Is it do gzip compressions ?
No way. It don’t do gzip compression and then kill your server.
3) Is it possible to enable only one type backup , say daily or weekly or monthly?
Yes, it is upto you. You can chose the options.
4) How it take weekly backup?
It will take current backup to the weekly folder in your remote server and it will only update the backups again after 7 days. So you have backups before 7 days. You can chose the day in which the weekly backup need to taken
5) How the monthly backup work?
It will take backup first day of every month to remote backup server and keep it there until the next month.
6) During every daily backup, is it remove the old daily and replace with new file ?
Are you crazy ? It only do that for the first time backup. After that only modified file will be synced to the remote server so you can save bandwidth and finish backups so fast.
7) Do I need any separate folder or configuration for cPremote backup plugin in my cPanel server?
No, You only need free space of your bigger accounts size.
Should I get alert after finishing the backup?
Yes, you can set the alerts if you like
9) How I get support for this plugin ?

10)Do you provide custom price and bulk license ?
Yes , you need to open a help desk ticket.
11) Do you have separate pricing for vps cPanel?
No, whether it is dedicated server or vps, you need to pay the same price.
12) Can I sell this plugin in my hosting company ?
Yes, you can offer this as a new addon module for your dedicated and vps server clients. People would like to keep the backups to remote servers.
13) Can I take backup from a UAS server to an Indian Server ( across the globe over internet )?
As far as your ssh connections and upload and download speed is good, there will be no issues.
14) Is it possible to configure individual cPanel accounts for backup?
No, not at this time. May be in future.
